My life hasn’t followed a straight path. It’s been built on resilience, determination, and the belief that where you start does not define who you become. From earning my GED as a teen mom to becoming a family medicine physician, I know what it means to climb uphill.
Along the way, I worked as a medical writer and consultant, helping healthcare companies bridge regulatory gaps and bring life-saving innovations to patients. Today, I carry that same commitment into my work as a physician, with a focus on regenerative sports and wound care, and through my consulting with BlueBridge Consulting & Medical Writing.
Beyond medicine and consulting, I am also a writer, mentor, and mom. Whether through my memoir GED2MD, guiding future doctors, or helping professionals refine their personal and professional narratives, my goal is to bridge science, story, and human connection.
At the heart of my work is connection. Whether I’m coaching, consulting, or speaking on stage, my mission is simple: to help people discover their strength, tell their story, and transform their lives.
